On behalf of Magnolia Farms RV Park, we (Ryan, Danielle, Sunshine, and Shadow) welcome all new and returning guests! Thank you for choosing us! This newsletter is also available on the “newsletter” tab on our website. You will find the monthly calendar of events there as well! We want to thank all of you for your patience and consideration during this time. We care about each and every one of our guests here at the park, which is why we have implemented some temporary changes in response to COVID-19: · Sadly, we will not be hosting any park events or activities this month. If this changes we will send a notice to all via your email. · The clubhouse will remain closed to all until further notice (unless you have received special permission from management i.e for those that do not have access to a shower in their rig). · For those that need to come to the office we will be meeting you at the door. Mail will be in the office as usual. · We are closely monitoring the situation each day and may adjust our operations accordingly. We will keep you all updated. Please email us your email address.
Please read the following as we have some very important information listed below:
We must have an updated list of everyone’s email and phone numbers. Please email magnoliafarmsrvpark@yahoo.com with your name, number, and email by April 11, 2020. We will be using email to connect with our guests to give helpful updates on park information.
If you have any questions, comments, issues, or concerns please come to a staff member. We have the business phone on us 24/7 and welcome you to give us a call. Our number is (251) 928-7335.
We have had some unfortunate issues with mail lately.
Please note:
· Our guest’s privacy and security are one of our highest concerns.
· Please make sure you update your mail addresses to include your SITE #. All mail and packages must have a site number.
· No one is allowed to get anyone else’s mail or packages. This is for everyone’s security.
· No one is to go in the mailbox to rumage through everyone’s mail. You may drop your mail in it.
· We will no longer be using the green flag.
· Mail and packages usually come after 2p.m.
*FYI – The magical poop fairy doesn’t live here. It is MANDATORY that everyone pick up their dog’s poop. Thank you for helping us keep things clean.
*Please throw your trash bags into the back of the dumpster and break down any boxes.
