Checking In

  • All guests and their visitors must check-in with the main office prior to going to their site

  • After hours check-ins are available with management approval (no late night arrivals please).

  • Full payment is due at time of check-in.

  • Check in is at 2 p.m and check out is at 11 a.m.

Your Arrival

  • We welcome friendly, non-aggressive dogs.

  • 3 pet maximum per site

  • Please, no "biters or extreme barkers." Our guests appreciate a safe and quiet RV park and so do we.

  • Please dispose of pet waste in the designated trash bins.

  • Please feel free to use our fenced in pet area.

  • All pets must be on a leash unless they are in the fenced in pet area.

  • Pets must be up to date on vaccines and free from parasites including fleas.

  • Pets and pet owners must follow local and state laws.  Please familiarize yourself.

  • No pets are allowed to be unattended at your site.  This is for their safety.

Pet Policy

  • We will show you your site and provide a welcome packet.

  • If you arrive during our quiet hours (10:00p.m- 8:00a.m) we ask that your set up is minimal until normal hours due to noise disturbances.

  •  Please be mindful of others.


  • Quiet hours are from 10:00p.m until 8:00a.m.  We take fun very seriously and we take our rest even more serious.

  • We will be mowing the grass as needed; not on a set schedule.  If you see or hear us doing lawn work it is up to you to move your vehicle or not.  There may be dirt and debris involved.  Keep your area neat and free of clutter so that we may provide proper landscaping to each area. 

  • No one is to go behind the clubhouse for any reason at any time.

  • If you leave your rig here to go out of town, and your rig is still on site, you will still be expected to pay the same rates as if you were occupying your rig.

  • Rigs pulling a trailer or car dolly may store them at their site, if room is available.

  • Do not park in vacant sites.

  • We are not able to store boats (unless you’re grandfathered in) due to space constraints.  Please plan accordingly.  There are storage facilities in the area.

  • We do not reserve specific sites by request.  However, we will do our best to accommodate each individual’s preferences.

  • The speed limit is 5 MPH. Please drive slowly and in the proper direction (one-way).

  • Garbage must be secured in appropriate bags and placed in the dumpster.  Trash is never to be placed at any site. Break up any boxes before placing in the dumpster.

  • We aim to keep the park beautiful and clean.  Clotheslines, refrigerators, tents, drying racks, or anything else of the sort is not permitted outside of any site. 

  • Camp fires are not allowed at the sites.  We have a community bonfire.

  • Do not cut across any sites.  

  • Rent is due on the 1st for monthly rentals.  There is a 3-day grace period. There is a $50.00 late fee.

  • No digging, planting, or building on the property.  You may have potted plants on your patio.

  • No one is to build anything at any site or put sheds or structures on any site. No one is to build any deck or any addition to any deck.  All decks are considered to be property of the park. Any structures, decks, add-ons, etc. that have been in place prior to 12/30/2019 are grandfathered in.

  • No ignited grills are allowed on top of the picnic tables because of it being a fire hazard.

  • No one is to move any furniture in the clubhouse.  If you need something moved please let a staff member know and we can assist you.

  • The clubhouse kitchen is not for public use.  It is for private events only. No one is to get anything out of the cabinets at any time.  The only exception is if you have your personal coffee mug there.  Please be advised that if your mug is lost, stolen, or broken it is at your own risk.

  • 2 vehicles per site - you may use overflow parking only if necessary.

  • No parking on the street - it is a one-way road and it makes it difficult for others to pass.

  • Profanity, belligerence, obvious intoxication, fighting, hooting, hollering, or rough housing of any kind is not allowed.

  • All vehicles must be legal and registered according to state laws.

  • Alcohol is allowed at your site. Please enjoy responsibly.  Never, ever drink and drive - especially in our park.

  • Smoking is allowed at your site; please dispose of your pack and butts properly.

  • Management has the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time.

  • One RV per site.

  • No one is to play or go in the drainage ditch or water easement.  Please keep your kids and pets out of them.

  • We do not prorate for nightly or weekly reservations.

  • We do not refund payments if you decide to leave early.  

  • No one is to knock on managements door at any time.  If there is a pressing matter you may call the business phone at (251) 928-7335. If it is an urgent or emergent issue, please use discretion on calling after hours or call 911.

  • Our rules are here for the safety and enjoyment of everyone. Please enjoy!

Refunds and Cancellation

  • We give a 100% refund if you cancel with at least 24 hour notice.  

  • If you cancel without giving proper notice you will be charged a standard fee equal to the current 1 night rate.
