Payments may be made over the phone or in person at the office via Credit & Debit Cards only. Mobile Pay such as Apple and Samsung Pay is also available. Site deposits are taken over the phone or in person. We no longer accept Cash or Checks. 

Regular Back-In Site
Daily: $50 
*Stays less than 3 days require payment in full at the time of reservation.
*Reservations 3 days or longer require a $100 deposit.        Remaining balance is due at time of Check-In.
Weekly: $235
Monthly Site: $575

Premium Pull-Through Site
Daily: $55
*Stays less than 3 days require payment in full at the time of reservation.
*Reservations 3 days or longer require a $100 deposit.  Remaining balance is due at time of Check-In.
Weekly: $245
Monthly Site: $585

Cancellation Policy

Daily Reservations 3 Days or Less Only
If staying less than 3 days, No Refunds will be issued.

Daily Reservations Longer than 3 Days Only
If cancelling greater than 72 hours prior to Check-In (1 PM CST), NO REFUNDS.

Weekly Reservations Only
If cancelling greater than 14 days prior to your reservation start date, you will be issued a refund of $90 ($10 processing fee).

Monthly Reservations Only
If cancelling greater than 30 days prior to your reservation start date, you will be issued a refund of $90 ($10 processing fee).

THERE WILL BE A $75.00 CANCELLATION FEE IF YOU DO NOT SHOW UP ON THE DAY YOU SPECIFY. 

Checking Out Early
 
We do not refund payments if you decide to leave early.

  • Water, electricity, and sewer are included at no additional cost.

  • We must have a debit or credit card on file to hold your spot.

  • Please ask us about our military and veteran discounts.

Traveling with a group?

Tip:

When you're coming into the park make sure you turn onto Mannich Lane from County Road 49.  This road is paved.  If you don't, you may encounter dirt roads.

Our clubhouse is available for groups.

Group reservations are available for 5 RV's or more at a 5% discount.
