On behalf of Magnolia Farms RV Park, we welcome all new and returning guests! Thank you for choosing us! This newsletter is also available on the “newsletter” tab on our website. You will find the monthly calendar of events there as well!
Starting August 22nd we will be open on Saturdays from 10:00a.m until 4:00p.m! This month we will be hosting a pancake breakfast. Join us on August 9th at 9:30 in the clubhouse. The sign-up sheet is on the door of the clubhouse. Friendly Reminders:
o Everyone is to pick up their dogs poop immediately after they “do their business”.
The magical poop fairy doesn’t live here J. It is MANDATORY. Thank you for helping us keep things clean.
o Throw Trash in the back of the dumpster. Break down boxes. No bulk items.
o No smoking around or inside of the clubhouse. Do not put butts in indoor trash cans as they cause a foul odor offensive to some folks.
o Please ONLY drive in the direction of the one-way signs/arrows.
o Please limit 2 vehicles per site. Additional vehicles are $25/month to park in the overflow parking lot.
o Trailers/boats are not allowed unless you are grandfathered in.
o Please only park in front of your site.
